Following Novikov Restaurant & Bar’ success in London inspired restaurateur Arkady Novikov and Alexander Sorkin to open a similar project in Moscow.
The first floor of the hotel The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow was chosen for the restaurant. Pan Asian cuisine from the head chef, Jeff Tyler and beautiful geometric design of the venue conveys a minimalist and elegant decor.
Black walls of the main hall is in a harmonious contrast with the red and grey chairs, wooden tables and a spectacular panoramic stained-glass window in the wall.
A beautiful feature of the restaurant is the open kitchen fronted by a semicircular black marble dining bar. A diverse display of fresh produce and live langoustines, lobsters, prawns, king crabs invite you to choose your favourites. In addition to the main restaurant is also a VIP room. The abundance of wood interiors, a fireplace, a large oval table make a good place for negotiations.
A covered summer terrace can be accessed from both the street and through the restaurant by convenient wooden lifts.
